portobello mushroom and vine tomatoes
sautéed in olive oil with a crushed garlic clove and chopped chili, seed and all. Twist of black pepper and sea salt. Topping your favourite toasted bread,
drizzled with a little more olive oil. Yummy, zingy start to the day.
