Breakfast bruschetta


Breakfast. My favourite brunch or breakfast if I'm really hungry and not in the cereal and fruit mood. Chopped portobello mushroom and vine tomatoes sautéed in olive oil with a crushed garlic clove and chopped chili, seed and all. Twist of black pepper and sea salt. Topping your favourite toasted bread, drizzled with a little more olive oil. Yummy, zingy start to the day.
