OOh I forgot to mention the reason that you freeze the eye cream is so that you have a nice soothing eye balm to cool your tired eyes after a day blog writing.
Preferably followed by a Holly Golightly cocktail. Here's the original recipe:1oz of vodka
1 tablespoon of grenadine
1oz of 7Up or Sprite (or champagne if you're feeling very decadent)
Cherry to garnish
Method:
Pour the vodka and the grenadine into an ice-filled shaker. Cover and shake well.
Pour into a chilled sugar rimmed martini glass
Top with 7Up and garnish with a cherry........Enjoy
