Sitting soaking up the morning sun in new, feltmaking friend's garden .....being introduced to the chickens and finding an egg.......admiring the raised vegetable beds, drinking green tea and eating yummy coffee walnut cup cakes...(must remember to get the recipe) debating the merits of crochet versus knitting (which seems to be the big debate..... you can check out here) .......and coming home with lovely silk and felt art work.......... images to follow....
Afternoon, mystery package from Germany revealing slightly late birthday present of cuban cigars for 'A'
....bagsie the cigar box when he's finished with it....it's a proper wooden one....as you can see he's already tried them out....

.......that takes me straight to the opera in Rome (not that I've ever been to the opera in Rome)........ and artwork from my cute little niece just right for the fridge gallery......cool day......miss the family in Bavaria.......ooh wonder if we could go for Christmas.....
