I accidentally picked up some chickpea and lentil spaghetti by mistake when shopping. I tried it out in a kind of vegetable minestrone soup/casserole and it's delicious. I expected it to be a little heavy but it wasn't. It isn't the most refined thinly-rolled pasta but it was really tasty and great for hearty autumn suppers and it's totally gluten free.....
It was lovely with a bit of A's wonderful homemade Nan bread. His latest culinary experiment....he even made me some spelt flat-bread.....I'll add the recipes to the bread-making page in a little while.
