Bubble and Squeak Fish Cakes with Spicy Ratatouille

I don't ever remember having Bubble and Squeak as a child. Mum never made it. Maybe her food was so good that there weren't any left overs. I've came to it recently in the form of little Bubble and Squeak cakes that I adapted and made into fish cakes. They are delicious and I couldn't resist cutting into my beautiful green and purple cabbage to make some. Delicious with a spicy Ratatouille made with leeks, tomatoes and sweet peppers plus a hot scotch bonnet pepper. Mmmm....nice spicy supper......
