First it was winter and then suddenly on Sunday it was mid-Summer and 80 degrees. Met up with artist Stephen Willats in the old church hall for first workshop, lots of tea (check out the WI tea-cosy) then back home for lunch in the garden, bream, simply filleted (not very well - I wouldn't get passed the first heat on Masterchef) panfried in a little olive oil with chilli flakes, sea salt and black pepper then served in a pitta pocket with tomatoes and olives...mmm...roll on more days like these...
