I forgot to edit out the cauliflower in my organic veg box. They are not my favourite vegetable, unless smothered in cheese sauce a la Cauliflower Gratin...which isn't very healthy.
Coincidentally I also happened to be browsing Pip Lincolne's blog...not the normal Meet me at Mikes, but the other bit the recipe section that you can link over to and I stumbled across this recipe for Cream of cauliflower soup. So I made it and it was delicious and warming and spicy and creamy...even though I used skimmed milk instead of cream.
I've even bought a cauliflower since to make it again...thanks to Pip I now love cauliflower...
