Chicken Tachin

Sweet friend sent some wholesome Iranian food to feed me up after my dose of flu......Tachin is chicken baked in the middle of rice in a very old traditional way...from one of the best Iranian restaurants in London.......I must check which one it is....mm yummy food and good friend......


...Just thought I wonder if it's in someway related to Moroccan Chicken tagine?  sounds similar....
