I'm joining with amanda Heather (whoops, I'm so sorry Heather...where is my brain...) from beauty that moves for her kitchen blog hop. Why don't you come along too?
he he...snap. I haven't spent much time in the kitchen recently because I keep having to make sure it's all sparkly for people viewing and I make such a mess when I'm cooking. So it's been lots of baked potatoes and salads recently. I'm dying to have a big cooking/baking day soon.
Thanks Tracey that was the light first thing this morning.
Thank you Jennifer. They are scrumptious on a pizza, especially with a bit of chilli too and my favourite base at the moment is from spelt flour, it's really flavourful.
Psst - Beauty that moves is Heather, not Amanda. Perhaps you had Soulemama on the brain. :) Your kitchen looks lovely. I look forward to checking out more of your blog.
May I come for lunch? Your pizza looks delicious!!!! I love seeing the little snippets of your house...but it makes me want to see more. ;) Love the antique typewriter...such a lovely, unexpected addition to your kitchen.
Oh that would be lovely. I have to admit that I didn't make the pizza. They are Ahmad's speciality. He's always getting requests for them. He makes very thin based ones so they are nice and crunchy and he sweetly makes a special spelt one for me. It's so tasty. Maybe one day we can share one. debx
It shows you how eccentric I am that it hadn't really thought that it was unusual to have one in the kitchen. I have all sorts of things in weird places though. It's a lovely very old one from Oxford School where Ahmad used to teach. I'm glad that you think it's cool Karen. debx
We had pizza too!
ReplyDeleteI love the fourth photo up, the light on the plant is so pretty.

I love your grey and white color combination and olives on pizza are a favorite. I just always forget to add them on top!

ReplyDeleteOh thank you Susan. How awful of me! I don't know what I was thinking. Thanks for pointing out my mistake. I must apologise to Heather.
