A really simple supper dish and amazingly delicious. Left over boiled
Basmati rice from Thai green curry made the night before. Strips of chicken breast,
portobello mushroom, green pepper and broccoli all sauteed in olive oil with a little Nam Pla sauce and then seasoned with a dash of dark soy sauce and a handful of cooked peas. Yum
That sounds healthy and yummy, but I have not heard of Nam Pla sauce - is it Vietnamese?
ReplyDeleteNam Pla is a kind of Thai fish sauce. I think it's usually made with anchovies. It's pretty salty though like Soy sauce so I use it to season and don't add any extra salt. I always make sure it's one with good ingredients in.
