My fingers are still tingling.....but they say it's good for your body. I made a chick pea and nettle tagine and it was delicious. I'm not sure whether it's just the novelty of a new way of cooking but everything seems to taste so good when cooked this way. I made a chicken tagine when H was home for a day, using a method similar to this one here, which she declared to be 'lush.' 'A' made a salmon one and then I made the chick pea and nettle one today.
Hurray for one pot cooking....
