Sometimes on a Friday evening you just want to put your feet up in front of the television, eat supper out of a big dish and settle in for a couple of hours of mindless viewing.....
I made a cheats version of Sophie Dahl's Sea Bass with Black Olive Salsa and Baby Courgettes which I first made here. This time using cherry tomatoes and baby courgette from the garden and replaced the fresh chilli with bottled tiny bell ones......mmm...still yummy with a sneaky bit of Persian flat bread.....
Please don't take this the wrong way, but the photography of this particular dish looks like crime scene photography!!
