All that glitters - well not quite all!






I wanted to join the fun over at Sophie's blog Her library adventures at http://www.herlibraryadventures.blogspot.com/ She's asked us to post images of our favourite flea market finds of the year and vote on the one we think is the best. This has been such a positive exercise....I'd almost forgotten how many amazing vintage finds I've had this year from a lovely old doctors bag to a 1960's projector. They are all beautiful and full of history and were very cheap....it was really hard to choose the best...these are amongst them.....
1) a golden Chinese tea set.....waiting for the Christmas dinner table
2) some pinkish glassware..also awaiting the festive food
3) simple glassware..a fruit bowl (now home to a couple of orchids) and a cake dome
4) a little leather attache case.......

    Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone......I was so lucky to spot this set and just £5 for twenty pieces.......and three pounds for the little blue tea set....
