Healthy Lunch?

Well it started off quite healthy. A bagel? Well it was a no-fat, wholewheat and soya flour one...... that was ok. And smoked salmon.......fish is good for you. Nice big slice of beef tomato and a little bit of salad greens. Still all good. But then I found the full-fat garlic cream cheese in the fridge....


Well they say a little bit of what you fancy does you good......and as 'H' used to say when a tiny little girl and told something wasn't good for her... 'it's good for my mouth'.........and it's good for my tummy too..........maybe not my heart ........ or my arteries........oh what the heck.....
