Christmas Giveaway

Hurray it's giveaway time. I'm sure I've told you before about the online store CSN who do all kinds of lovely things like furniture, lighting and kitchen equipment. That's where I got my lovely black Emile Henry tagine and the porringer I keep using to melt chocolate for all kinds of yummy deserts. I recently did a review for them and they sent me some cool black pepper coloured plates that I can't wait to use at Christmas with my golden Chinese ones.

Well they've been in touch to ask if I'd like to do another review or giveaway. I thought it would be nice to do a give-away this time. It's a £25 voucher for a reader in the UK, US or Canada to buy, or put towards something from one of their online sites.

So if you'd like your name to go into the hat, just leave your name in the comments below or you can email me at
I'll pick the winner on Christmas Eve, UK time and they'll be able to have a treat for the new year.

Here are a few ideas of some things the winner might like to buy with their voucher. You may want to get a few small things.
These colourful steamers are fun and would brighten up any kitchen.

Or maybe you would like to spoil yourself and use the voucher towards something a little more extravagant like this beautiful Chasseur Wok Set....It's lovely isn't it?

Meanwhile if you like you can check out the sites to see what's on offer:

  1. Like the idea of both the tagine and porringer - what lovely things to get to review.

  2. Hi Choclette, I was really fortunate because I got to choose the things that I reviewed so they were things that I really wanted.

I'll put your name into the draw and then maybe you'll be able to choose something nice too.

    Good luck,

  3. Our tastes sound similar. I have been lusting after that Emile Henry tagine in a big way lately, and although I am Cajun, I, too, love rooting around Portobello Road. Eclectic is interesting!

Thank you for including me, and happy holidays to you!

  4. Thank you for the opportunity, would love to see the plates your Christmas table sounds lovely.
I would buy some silicon muffin trays if I was lucky enough to win.
    Merry Christmas x

  5. Hello Sharon,

    Thanks for coming over.

I love my tagine and use it all the time.....I think it looks so gorgeous too....

Portobello road is the best place for shopping or even just looking.

    Good luck with the draw.

  6. Hi Jo,

    Thanks for following the blog.

The muffin trays sound a great idea. I've just got my husband a silicon loaf tin as one of his Christmas presents.....he's into bread making in a big way at the moment.

    Good Luck Jo,

  7. Thanks for the giveaway! I love your picks!
